Pastor Dwayne J. White is the Youth Pastor at Right Direction Christian Center, where the Senior Pastors are Drs. Herbert and Marcia Bailey.  He has been working with teenagers for over 11 years.  He has served with the Radically Anointed Youth Group, the Youth Ministry of RDCC, for over 10 years.  He has a heart for teens and a passion to encourage them to be what God has called them to be, Kings and Queens.

Pastor Dwayne is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BS in Computer Science and a Masters of Education.  He is married to Denise White who serves with him as the co-youth pastor of Right Direction Christian Center.  They have 4 children, D’Asia, Desiree, Dominique and DJ.
